Well, let's just set it aside, I know it will take a day or two for me to design the page and place widgets and everything. So, for now, I would like to share my recent discovery (as if I was the first lol) in delicious cooking. By the way, I thank my Facebook group Mommy Bloggers Philippines for this great opportunity.

Now that you have a bit of a knowledge of what Pork Savor is, I would like to share my recipe of PANCIT TAPA. My kids are very picky eaters and they don't eat rice. They prefer bread and pizza and pasta, more on pancit bihon and canton, that is why I chose to do this recipe I created for my kids and also for my husband because he loves my special tapa.
I have not seen any pancit that has tapa bits in them so here you go.....
SPECIAL PANCIT TAPA
2 pcs chopped garlic
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
1 packet Ajinomoto Pork Savor
1/2 kilo canton noodles
medium sized can of pieces and stems mushrooms
1/2 kilo Beef Sirloin (cut into strips and bits)
3/4 cup evaporated milk
fish sauce to taste
Mix the sirloin, milk and two tablespoons fish sauce, then half of the Ajinomoto Porksavor sachet. Set aside for 10 minutes. Then place it in a pan, let it dry then pour cooking oil to fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Saute garlic and onion in a wok and mushroom and the remaining contents of Ajinomoto Porksavor sachet. Add a cup and a half water to boil and some soy sauce. Place the pancit canton noodles. Keep on mixing so the noodles so it will not stick on the pan. When noodles are already cooked, add the tapa bits. Serve while hot and with bread.
My finished product...sooo delicious!!!
Oh, not because I cooked it, its just really delicious eh!
My husband and kids loved it they can eat it for lunch and dinner as well.

My daughter sang a jingle I made for Porksavor.Unfortunately, after too much time wasted in the movie maker, I can't save it the way I want it to be saved. So sad :( Anyone who knows how to combine the wav and mp4?
I'll just do it separately, here's the video
and here's the audio
Anyway, please do try this recipe I created and let your kids be the judge. Happy Eating!!!
