Deli-shoots: Sauteed Crispy Pork in Lemon Chicken Sauce

Weird dish huh?!  That's what I've come up with what's left in the fridge. I bought Lee Kum Kee Lemon Chicken Sauce last week hoping to cook some. Unfortunately, no more chicken in the freezer. So here you go, it's sweet, it's lemony and perfect at the same time! (",)

Just follow these step by step cooking procedure.

You need 1/4 kilo of country style pork then cut it into cubes. Mix it with a pinch of rock salt, black ground pepper, sprinkle some dried chopped basil leaves. Use your clean hand to mix it so you will know if spices have been equally distributed. Pour it n the breading powder and fry until golden brown. Set aside.

Saute 3 pieces of chopped garlic, 1 medium sliced red onion, 1 medium sliced tomato in a tablespoon of oil.

Then cut 1 big potato and 1 big carrot to into strips. Let it stay for a few minutes until tender enough to bite.

After the veggies are cooked, put the fried pork. Saute. Saute. Saute

Add some salt and cayenne pepper.

Then add the Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Lemon Chicken.

 Saute. Saute Saute.

in a glaze

Add 1/4 cup butter to add up more glaze texture and it would also control the strong lemony taste of the sauce.

l
yummy looking already!

Here's the finished product. Enjoy while it's still hot.

Serve it as a rice topping.

It's nice eating a dish like this using chopsticks. It will make you crave for more. (",)

Happy Eating!
