WHO CAN JOIN
The contest runs from April 8 to May 24, 2012. Open to all Filipino Citizens, legally or by birth, 18 years old and above residing within Philippine territory with a valid Visa permit until September 30, 2012. For non-VISA holders, P&G Philippines will put in their best effort to assist in Visa application but this is not guaranteed by P&G Philippines. Participants must be able and willing to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion as well.
MECHANICS
There are two ways of joining:
Via Facebook:
- Like the Thank You Mom Ph page on Facebook.
- Craft a Thank You Mom message, maximum of 250 words and post it in the application.
- They can have the option to add a video or a photo.
- The Thank You Mom Message will be shared in their News Feed.
- A user can only submit maximum of 3 entries in the entire duration of the promo.
- Cut-off for submission of entries is May 24, 2012, 11:59 pm.
- All entries will be judged according to the following criteria, Message Quality (50%), Creativity (20%) and Emotional Appeal (30%).
- Top three entries in Facebook will be selected among the pool of entries and the grand prize winner will be voted on by the public from May 31 to June 10, 2012. User must tick the box that allows P&G Philippines to contact them to notify if they win.
Via SMS
- User will text TYM ON and send to 2966.
- They will need to register for free by sending in their details to 2966 in the following format, TYMOM REG "name/age/address/email".
- One registered number can send a maximum of 3 entries (Thank You Mom Message).
- Each entry must only contain a maximum of 160 characters.
- To send an entry participants must simply text the following: TYMOM MSG "Thank you mom message" and send to 2966. There will be a P2.50 charge per text.
- Submission of entries will be from April 27 - May 24, 2012. Cut-off for submission of entries is May 24, 2012, 11:59 pm.
- All entries will be judged according to the following criteria, Message Quality (50%), Creativity (20%) and Emotional Appeal (30%).
- Top three entries will be chosen and will be posted on Facebook to be voted on by the public from May 31 to June 10, 2012.
JUDGING OF ENTRIES/WINNER SELECTION
- All entries will be screened for content by the website administrator. Any comment or story share with offensive or sexual content will automatically be disqualified.
- Judging will be held in the presence of a DTI Representative on at the Mediacom Office, 22F Picadilly Star Building, 4th Avenue corner 27th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on May 30, 2012 (Pre-selected top six entries) and June 13, 2012 (Final Judging and selection of winners) at 5 PM.
- The entries will be judged based on a set of criteria. There will be three (3) judges from P&G Philippines to decide on the shortlisted entries.

- Pre-selected entries (3 from Facebook and 3 from SMS) will be posted and voted on by the public through the Thank You Mom Ph Facebook page from May 17 to June 10, 2012. Final selection of winners will be held in the presence of a DTI representative at the Mediacom office, 22F Picadilly Star Building, 4th Avenue corner 27th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on June 13, 2012.
- 1 winner from Facebook and 1 winner from SMS will be selected to win a trip to London based on the following criteria.

Electronic raffle for voters
- 100 P&G gift packs will be raffled off to voters of the winning entry and winners shall be announced and contacted on June 20, 2012.
- Choosing of winning voters will be via electronic raffle via www.random.org to be determined on June 13, 2012.
- A voter can only win once in the entire duration of the promo and can like maximum of six entries.
PRIZES

ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
- Winners will be announced on June 15, 2012.
- Securing of passport and VISA of winners shall be at the expense of the winners.
- All winners will be notified through registered mail, electronic mail and a phone call from a Mediacom Representative. The winning entries will also be posted on the P&G Proud Sponsor of Moms page on Facebook.
CLAIMING of PRIZES:
Winners may claim their prizes at Mediacom 22F Picadilly Star Builiding 4th Avenue cor 27th Street Bonifacio Global City Taguig as indicated in the registered mail. Winners shall shoulder all costs they may incur in securing their prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.).
Winners must present the following when claiming their prizes:
- Two (2) valid IDs (SSS ID, driver's license, school ID*) with complete real name, age, gender picture and correct address AND Original and Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, and/or passport)
- Notice sent via registered mail or electronic mail.
In the event that the winner cannot personally claim his/her prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative brings the following:
- Two (2) valid IDs of the Winner (SSS ID, driver's license, school ID*) with complete real name, age, gender, picture and correct address AND Original and Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, and/or passport)
*For school IDs, they must reflect that he/she is enrolled for the current school year, semester or term. - One (1) valid ID of the Representative with complete real name, age, gender picture and correct address - Original and Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, SSS ID, driver's license, school ID and/or passport)
- Notice sent to the winner via registered mail and electronic mail
- Letter of authorization signed by the winner and the representative.
Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within the said period forfeits the winner's right over the prize with prior DTI approval and shall be forfeited in favor of P&G Philippines.
Employees of P&G Philippines and Mediacom including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join in the Contest.
This activity is only open to individuals 18 years old and above.

- Winners must be able to fly in August 9 to see the Olympics, if not trip package can be convertible to cash.
- User can submit as many entries as they want to, however, only one of their submissions can be pre-selected for the final entries.
Participants consent to the contest organizers using their names, likenesses, images and/or voices (including photographs, films, and/or recordings of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).
