Hard to Deal with Metrodeal

I have previously created an article like this on my other blog. This one would focus more on how disappointed and getting impatient I am in dealing with Metrodeal. I have read a lot of articles regarding this Ensemble travel scam and I have not seen a positive feedback from the persons who purchased their Palawan Package vouchers. Posting on their Facebook page from time to time gives me a relief and hope that it would soon be settled. Yet, all inquiries by me and my Uncle Fred Ison, were still pending as of this moment. It's been 6 months now from the date of purchase and last January 9, 2011, I emailed them the Booking Sheet/Form they needed for the preferred dates. We waited for confirmation but after a month, still no response from Aira Ruiz Secuya of Ensemble and Mark/Jean of Metrodeal. Here's the detailed Metrodeal's Palawan Package.

A decision then has been made that we prefer having it Refunded, the value for the 2 vouchers is P11,000.00, giving them a week or two to settle it because it's already March and summer time is where people do their out-of-town vacations. The recipient, by the way, would be my Aunt Merlyn and cousin CJ. They have listed their preferred dates for the Palawan trip on March 16-18, and were very excited to visit the place for the first time. Hopefully, we could get the refund before the said date so they can buy their plane tickets and booking on a hotel as well. Fingers-crossed.

    We have been considerate enough to you guys at Metrodeal for not being so loud regarding this matter. Just an email from your end with a positive feedback would be well appreciated and expect a good article from me when that time comes. My Uncle Fred Ison has been so kind to even tell you that he will still purchase voucher deals in the future. Probably for other people with violent blood in their veins, you would never hear such pleasing comments ever. METRODEAL, you are on the front line, even if Ensemble didn't commit with us, it is YOU who received the payment and whatever it is between you and Ensemble is none of our business. Your business is your clients' satisfaction, so treat us well.
